Art Submission Requirements

FTP File Uploading (150MB Maximum File Size)
(You will need to contact us to get a password then uploading your artwork is easy as 123!)

ACP has an OS X Macintosh based art department, using G5 Computers.
Your artwork can be accepted on the following media:

Photo CDs & CD Roms & DVDs
Camera Ready Stat Sheets
Photographs
*Note: Photographs should be good quality 8x10 size & not halftones or lithographs.

ACCEPTED FILE FORMATS:
(IMAGE FILES)
Adobe Photoshop CS2 (.psd .tiff .eps .png .jpg .bmp)
*CS3 files must be saved backwards to CS2
*Note: Image files should be a minimum of 150 ppi resolution
at the size you wish them to print.

(VECTOR FILES)
Adobe Illustrator CS2 (.eps or .ai)
*CS3 files must be saved backwards to CS2
*Note: All text used must be outlined or fonts provided

EMAILING ARTWORK
ACP CANNOT ACCEPT EMAIL ATTACHMENTS LARGER THAN 10MB
Artwork can be compressed for emailing using either WinZip or Dropstuff,
but if this doesn't reduce the size to 10MB or less, artwork must be supplied on disk or
uploaded via our FTP page.
Some logos & simple graphics can be emailed as a high resolution JPEG, PNG, PSD or TIFF image.
